Your color choices are almost limitless! This skirt is so cute on! The pictures do not really do it justice. It is a gloomy gloomy Illinois winter afternoon. There are two pieces in this outfit. First is the patchwork wrap skirt with pleated ruffle. Looks cute on its own or with the tiered petticoat. Measures 19" long waist will fit up to 45" If it does not wrap all the way around this little skirt would look cute as an apron too! The second piece is a tiered petticoat. This also looks great on it's own. I think it would be great with a white tank at a festival or wear it under other pieces in your wardrobe for added warmth. Measures waistband rests at 28" and stretches to 48" Super spinny bottom. I will custom hem it for the buyer.
